To arise and shine is a command.There are certain areas of lives where we might be sleeping,examples in the fruit of the womb,relationship with God,financial prosperity,marital delays.
These could be as a result of ignorance.It could be as a result of sins.It could also be that it is designed for the Lord Almighty to glorify Himself through it.
But one thing I know is this,regardless of whatever reason,the Almighty God cause you to shine all round in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
